반도체 박막 공정 연구실 (STP Lab.)에 오신 것을 환영합니다.

본 연구실에서는 다양한  반도체 박막을 증착하고, 새로운 반도체 소자를 제작하여 특성을 분석합니다. 반도체의 제작 공정과 반도체의 물리적, 화학적, 전기적 특성 분석에 대해 배우고 연구합니다. 반도체 박막의 성장 및  메모리, 뉴로모픽 소자에 관심이 있는 대학원생을 모집 중이니 많은 관심 바랍니다.

We grow thin films and fabricate devices for memory (DRAM, RRAM, etc.) and neuromorphic device applications. We are currently  looking for the passionate graduate students who are interested in semiconductor physics and devices.
